    WAN-YO ENTERPRISE CO., LTD has been engaged in Detection Devices for five years and accumulates experience for many years. We discovered that there are many similar products and these product are uneven in quality. Therefore we manufactured Impact Label and Leaning Label in order to create market segments between similar kinds of products.

Appearance

    WAN-YO emphasize on the receiver of company or client, because we hope our clients can be easily to identify the cargo and with Detection devices to identify whether the goods is impacted during transit. After all, product’s appearance is the first impression for receivers, when they see the cargo.

    We believe that our customers also want to provide the most high quality product, whether in packaging, product and even on the carton. However, it is why appearance is so important , which is the first image for clients .

Printing and Adhesive 

"Printing and adhesive are affected the quality of product ."

    Detection devices are mounted directly on the internal of carton or wooden box . Therefore good or bad printing and adhesive have strong influence on Detection Devices.

Printing : If printing’s quality is not qualified , when label mount on the internal packaging can easily faded , which expose to the elements of wind , rain and sun and effect of product judgment . Therefore it will result in receiver doubt emerge on your product .

Adhesive : If the product’s adhesive is not qualified , when label mount on the internal packaging can easily be dropped off when expose to the elements of wind , rain and sun during transit.

    Briefly speaking we mount the same level product on the packaging , from low height to test , which increase progressively in 5cm to drop test until the tube turn red . When we test more than 10 products and record in every product height which make the tube turn red to analyze . We can use these data to realize product’s steady and tolerance . Therefore , when we get more concentrate data about monitor turn red’s height , the less tolerance and more steady quality .

    Are the product are divide into different levels ? In the market place , there are some similar products but they have not much more functions which are only in change in color and declare that their product have 5 levels ( 25G~100G ) .  However , it is the method to cheat the users . Therefore how we can identify supplier’s label have 5 levels ? The testing way is similar with the above testing way , which is mounted on five levels on packaging and test with drop test . Recorded with different colour-changing label and start to identify the difference between different colors and different levels .
